Human customer service - and fast!

Rythm sent me a text prior to mailing me my second test kit and I'm glad they did because it reminded me that I hadn't mailed in my first one yet! So I replied to the number that they text me from only half expecting a reply and fully anticipating that it would be AI if I did get one. Not only was it a real human texting me back, but they replied within minutes and fully answered all my questions. Great job customer service team!

Everything is very easy step by step

Everything is very easy step by step. Very cool process to be apart of. It would be nice to see other things on the test like sodium. Some videos explaining certain results would be cool like maybe how to improve and what could be done better but great experience.

Great for a busy lifestyle

This was extremely easy to do on a busy schedule. It's hard to make it to a lab but having the freedom to do it from home is a lifesaver. I also really appreciate the FedEx at-home pickup option! Instructions are very clear.
