Rythm Health, Inc. (“Rythm”, “we”, “us”) provides health and wellness monitoring services, including a subscription-based monthly at-home blood test, enabling individuals to collect their own samples, have them analyzed in accredited labs, and receive actionable results and personalized health insights (the “Services”). The Services allow users to track key biomarkers and overall wellness over time, monitor trends, optimize health, and make informed lifestyle or supplement decisions, all supported by an online dashboard, optional coaching, and concierge support.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process your personal information when you use the Services, visit our websites, or otherwise interact with us. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Account information. This is information you provide or that we maintain in connection with your account, including:
Contact information, such as your first and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
Profile data, such as your username and password that you may establish to create a Rythm account, as well as any information you choose to include in your Rythm profile.
Commercial data, including subscription history within our Services.
Payment information needed to complete your transactions with us, including name, payment card information, and billing information. This information is processed by our payment service provider, Stripe, pursuant to its own Privacy Policy.
Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online.
Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving our communications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
Communications we exchange with you, including support services or other types of communications.
Health and wellness data. When you use the Services, we collect health and wellness data about you, including:
Samples, lab results, and wellness guidance. To use the Services, you may provide blood samples that we and our lab partners analyze in order to display results to you. Lab results may include information about your hormone balance, heart health, metabolic efficiency, and predicted longevity. We may also provide interpretations and guidance based on your results, including trends in your health and wellness data, and lifestyle factors and changes that may impact your results.
Health, wellness, and lifestyle information. You may provide information about your health, wellness, and lifestyle, such as your activity levels, how you are feeling, sleep habits, medications, diet, and other information that can help you use the Services to better understand and interpret your lab results.
Connected accounts and devices. You may grant us permission to collect data from third-party accounts, services or devices, including through applications or devices you connect to the Services (e.g., smart watches and health and fitness tracking apps)
Provider networks. You may provide or authorize us to collect information from your healthcare provider or our partner telehealth clinicians or pharmacies, including information about your consultations or prescriptions.
Data from social media and other partners. This includes:
Interactions with our social accounts. We may maintain third-party social media pages, such as pages on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. If you interact with us via these pages, we may receive your communications and other information about your interactions with us. Any information collected by the social media companies that maintain our pages is governed by the privacy policies of the providers and is not within our control.
Public data sources. We may also receive information from publicly available sources and advertising partners, including to help us promote and secure our Services.
Automatically collected data. This includes:
Device and network data, such as your such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type, browser, network connection, IP address, general location (e.g., city, state or geographic area).
Usage data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to our website, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, duration of access, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them.
We may collect this information using cookies and other similar technologies, including through pixel tags, clear GIFs, web beacons, HTML5 and other local storage technologies.
How We Use Personal Information

To provide our Services to you. This includes:
Account management, including creating and managing your user profile, authenticating your access to the Services, communicating with you about the Services, providing customer support, and troubleshooting.
Kit orders and lab processing, including to ship test kits to you, arrange for lab testing and/or analyze your samples, deliver results of your lab analysis.
Personalized content and features, including displaying and organizing your results, providing personalized insights and recommendations based on your results, provide consultations and resources for analyzing your health and wellness data, allowing you to access AI coaching and recommendation features, and granting you access to other features of the Services.
To monitor, analyze, and improve our Services. We may monitor and analyze use of the Services to detect errors, improve user experience, identify potential feature changes or additions or other business opportunities, and to protect the security of the Services and detect misuse. We may also analyze your information to personalize your experience with our Services and communications, and to allow us to better serve your needs and interests.
For research and development. We may use your personal information for research and development purposes. This includes analyzing information about use of our Services to improve our Services and develop our business. We may also use deidentified information and results for health research purposes, including, where permitted by applicable laws, to conduct or facilitate peer-reviewed scientific research, or to use data to analyze health trends and identify opportunities for further study. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified, or other anonymous data from personal information we collect.
To promote our business and the Services. We use personal information for advertising and marketing purposes, including for:
Direct marketing. We may send you newsletters and email marketing in accordance with your preferences, and we may tailor our communications with you to accommodate your interests and use of the Services.
Interest-based advertising. We may engage third-party advertising partners to display ads promoting our Services on other websites and services, including on social media platforms. To do this, we may use automatically collected data, data from social media and other partners, and account information and share such information with advertising partners for these purposes. Our advertising partners may also use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about interactions over time across the Internet and use that information to serve online ads that they think will be of interest to you and others. We do not use your health and wellness data for these purposes.
Compliance and protection. We may use personal information to comply with our legal obligations and to defend ourselves against legal claims or disputes, including to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims); audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies; enforce the terms and conditions that govern our Services; and prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
How We Disclose Your Personal Information

Accredited labs and healthcare providers. Where necessary to provide the Services to you or at your direction, we may share your information with our affiliated labs to obtain your test results and with telehealth clinicians and other healthcare providers to analyze your results and provide related services.
Service Providers. In addition to our partners that support business operations for payment processing, security and fraud prevention, marketing, hosting and other technology and communications, and analytics providers, we may disclose your personal information to our service providers who assist us in providing Services to you, including shipping and logistics providers that handle your test kits and returns. We may also share your information with AI service providers, including to provide any AI-enabled features of the Services that you use.
Authorities and others. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transferees, such as acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or diligence or negotiations for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, us including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
Your Rights and Choices
Account information. If you have an account with us, you can review and update certain account information by logging into your account.
Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt-out of marketing-related emails and other communications by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in the communications you receive from us or by contacting us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below. You may continue to receive Services-related and other non-marketing emails.
Personal information requests. Depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with our Services, you may have the right to request the following in relation to personal information pursuant to applicable laws:

In some instances, your choices may be limited, such as where you reside in a state that does not grant the rights above, or where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights. Security
We employ a number of technical, organizational, administrative and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. For example, we use safeguards such as encryption, secure data centers, firewalls, and role-based access controls. However, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child without any parental consent required by applicable laws, we will delete that information.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.
